This delicious spread is made by sprouting Australian almonds and cashew nuts. Then blend these nuts into a fine butter along with coconut oil, coconut palm sugar and cinnamon. Cinnamon gives this spread a lovely warm and sweet flavour. Created by Aussie nutritionist who believes that every time we eat is an opportunity to nourish yourself.

Separation of oils may occur and the coconut palm sugar can settle on the bottom of the spread. Simply give the nut butter a good stir before serving. May contain the occasional fragment of shell. Please chew carefully.
Tasty when eaten with the creamed honey on the buckwheat cakes . I expected more of a sweet cinnamon taste however it’s more of a nutty. Still enjoyed it

I really enjoy this spread on the buckwheat cakes. I feel like I’m having something quite indulgent but without the sore belly afterwards. Really yum!
My wife has made a few changes and this particular one I am loving it’s as good as having cinnamon toast.
This is my go to for a treat after lunch. I have the almond cinnamon, lemon & the ginger just for a variety. Love them all
