INGREDIENTS: Onions, Chillies, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Vinegar, Coriander, Spices, Garlic, Lemongrass, Coconut Oil, Murray River Salt, Galangal, Turmeric, Kaffir Lime Leaves.

PREPARATION: To serve 4 - Bring 600 ml coconut milk (or 400 ml coconut milk + 200 ml water) to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add half a jar (4 Tbsp) paste and cook 5 mins. Add meat/vegetables/tofu/seafood and cook until done. Season To taste with salt/fish sauce. Garnish with fresh coriander/Thai basil. Add fresh chili for more heat.
