How to use Buckwheat Banana Bread Mix:

To make a buckwheat banana bread loaf you will only need to add wet ingredients to our dry mixture. Wet ingredients are 3 bananas, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp of oil, and 1/3 cup of any milk. The exact instruction you will find on the back of the packaging.

Buckwheat Banana Bread Mix Benefits:

Monk Fruit Extract: A natural sugar replacement that is derived from the juice of monk fruit. It contains zero calories, zero carbohydrates, zero sodium, and zero fat. Monk fruit sweetener you find in stores is usually mixed with other fillers such as erythritol, glucose, maltodextrin, inulin or allulose. We use 100% Pure Monk Fruit Extract which is hard to find in stores.

Buckwheat: Buckwheat is a nutrient dense pseudocereal with a low glycaemic index. Buckwheat contains a wide range of strong and unusual antioxidants, as well as anti-inflammatory compounds. It is higher in protein than other whole grains, and also notably high in fibre. Buckwheat is also a great source of the vitamin B complex.

Almonds: Almonds are a great source of protein and quality fats. In addition, almonds are extremely rich in vitamin E and are alkalising in the body.

Cinnamon: Not only does the aroma of cinnamon take you to a happy place, but it's also practically a superfood!

buckwheat Banana bread mix

This banana bread was delicious. It was very moist with just the just the right amount of sweetness. The children loved it and surprised it tasted so good being gluten free, sugar free, dairy free. It was so easy to make. I will definitely be ordering it again and very excited to see what other products you come out with.

I made this for my family and it was a huge success. Everyone loved it, especially when toasted and with a little butter. Soooo good.

Easy to make. Good taste.

This was a quick and convenient cake mix. Everyone loved the taste. However I had to throw one third of it away as after 3 days it started to turn sour and I suspect grow mould. Disappointing as the weather was not hot and it was in a Tupperware container.

Thank you for your feedback, Karen. Our banana bread should be kept in the fridge if not consumed the same day. Then, it can be reheated in a toaster or microwave. Our banana bread is very moist and also contains eggs and milk, which makes it essential to keep refrigerated to extend the shelf life.

Banana bread

I really enjoyed this banana bread mix. It was easy to make and delicious to eat. I added blueberries to my bread. Next time I’ll add walnuts. Give it try. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it too.
