How to use Buckwheat Banana Bread Mix:

To make a buckwheat banana bread loaf you will only need to add wet ingredients to our dry mixture. Wet ingredients are 3 bananas, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp of oil, and 1/3 cup of any milk. The exact instruction you will find on the back of the packaging.

Buckwheat Banana Bread Mix Benefits:

Monk Fruit Extract: A natural sugar replacement that is derived from the juice of monk fruit. It contains zero calories, zero carbohydrates, zero sodium, and zero fat. Monk fruit sweetener you find in stores is usually mixed with other fillers such as erythritol, glucose, maltodextrin, inulin or allulose. We use 100% Pure Monk Fruit Extract which is hard to find in stores.

Buckwheat: Buckwheat is a nutrient dense pseudocereal with a low glycaemic index. Buckwheat contains a wide range of strong and unusual antioxidants, as well as anti-inflammatory compounds. It is higher in protein than other whole grains, and also notably high in fibre. Buckwheat is also a great source of the vitamin B complex.

Almonds: Almonds are a great source of protein and quality fats. In addition, almonds are extremely rich in vitamin E and are alkalising in the body.

Cinnamon: Not only does the aroma of cinnamon take you to a happy place, but it's also practically a superfood!

Great tasting

I made up 1/2 a pkt to see how it tasted, well it was that good my husband even enjoyed it.
I added walnuts to my cake mix, loved it.

Love it, love it, love it!!!

This was SO easy to make and equally scrumptious to eat. I mixed in some frozen raspberries and chopped walnuts, and with the nuttiness of the buckwheat it truly was a taste sensation. I’ve already ordered some more, to repeat the experience asap.

Very different, I prefer a plainer banana bread

Beneficial Buckwheat

Pimped this mix up with a generous amount of roasted chopped walnuts for some crunchy texture. I love buckwheat for flavour, gut friendliness and low GI - took literally 5 minutes to prep and mix everything - end result - delicious treat to have with my afternoon cup of tea.
