How to use Buckwheat Banana Bread Mix:

To make a buckwheat banana bread loaf you will only need to add wet ingredients to our dry mixture. Wet ingredients are 3 bananas, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp of oil, and 1/3 cup of any milk. The exact instruction you will find on the back of the packaging.

Beneficial Buckwheat

Pimped this mix up with a generous amount of roasted chopped walnuts for some crunchy texture. I love buckwheat for flavour, gut friendliness and low GI - took literally 5 minutes to prep and mix everything - end result - delicious treat to have with my afternoon cup of tea.

Great buckwheat cakes and Banana cake mix buy them again before I run out...so I have them

Great banana loaf

Second loaf, as good as first. Not sickly sweet like a lot of gluten free products, directions good, turned down as suggested. Wrapped in bit of baking paper in sandwich press, toasted well. Moist not soggy. Will add some walnuts or blueberries next time, tried plant based choc chips, maybe will leave those out.

I love that it is not overly sweet with sugar. Next time I’ll had some walnuts to give it a crunchy texture.
