Great tasting cracker

I love these buckwheat cakes. I use them for a quick snack with hummus or peanut butter, or as a healthy lunch with avocado or cottage cheese with a bowl of soup. They are also really handy to have as a go to when I am travelling because it is not always easy to find gluten free food in servos.
