FODMAP Friendly EveryMite contains high quality certified organic ingredients and this variety is especially suitable for people on Low FODMAP Diet or sensitive digestion.

In EveryMite there is no dairy, gluten, soy, nuts, yeast, grains, bad fat, added sugar, fillers or folic acid. It is an all-natural blend of ingredients.

In EveryMite there is Essential Minerals such as copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, selenium; Healthy Essential Mineral Salts; 17 different important naturally Amino Acids; Vitamins such as Vitamin B1, B2, B6 and Vitamin C; Protein; Dietary fibre; Beneficial Enzymes for friendly gut bacteria; and Acetic acid; which then helps your body absorb the important minerals from the foods you eat.

This should be available in stores It So good the vegimite in store is not good for your health.

Really nice, as good as Vegemite and promite, without being too salty tasting like Vegemite. I know its got good ingredients in the everymite

Tasty Spread

I really like the tangy taste of the EveryMite spread and particularly like it on my buckwheat cakes at breakfast or as a snack during the day. It's great to find a spread that's made with such nutritious ingredients.

Perfect nutritious topping for the tasty buckwheat cakes. My daughter accidentally knocked the jar of the benchtop and smashed it so have had to order some more in a hurry. Great topping on it's own or with Avocado or cheese.

EveryMite is a Fodmap friendly Vegemite substitute. It spreads easily and is a great accompaniment with the buckwheat cakes. Great for those with sensitive tummies.
