I was surprised how crunchy and nutty the buckwheat cakes are. Love that there was a no salt option too. Both taste great and are our family’s go to snack now - even on their own they are yummy. I sort of expected them to be bitter but they are just a nutty flavour not bitter at all! We put everything on them, avocado, cheese, peanut butter, banana, salad or just plain butter - anything ! They are strong and one side is a bit concave so it takes a lot of topping or the other good for a thin smear. My house won’t be without these now, in fact I have bought them with the jar for Xmas presents !! Plus i will get more closer to Xmas.
