MY STORY
Hi, I’m Diana, and for 10 years of my life, I’ve been literally obsessed with making sourdough bread as an artisan baker. Then I got into fitness and nutrition education, and saw a huge problem!
I realised there were no bread alternatives without gluten while still using clean nourishing ingredients.
That is when I decided to combine my passion for bread and fitness and create my own. The journey was bumpy, but I got there in the end.
Better Breakfasts — High Protein, Less Bread.

WHAT ABOUT THE CARBS?
Most people with diabetes are told:
"Avoid carbs!"
But here's what the science actually says:
"Not all carbs are created equally."
✔ According to the GI Foundation (University of Sydney), low-GI carbs like buckwheat support better blood sugar control than cutting out all carbs.
✔ Harvard Health recommends pairing complex carbs with protein and healthy fats to help stabilise blood sugar.
✔ Eat carbs earlier in the day, when your body needs fuel most.
