MY STORY
Hi, I’m Diana, and for 10 years of my life, I’ve been literally obsessed with making sourdough bread as an artisan baker. Then I got into fitness and nutrition education, and saw a huge problem!
I realised there were no bread alternatives without gluten while still using clean nourishing ingredients.
That is when I decided to combine my passion for bread and fitness and create my own. The journey was bumpy, but I got there in the end.

The best tasting Granola I have tried. I love this sprinkled on my yoghurt and fruit.
These rice cakes are far better than what i can buy at poor woolies. I will be biying these from now on.

I love making these into healthy Jaffa cakes. I press 1-1/2 mejdjool dates on the cake then zested orange peel. Lastly cover in dark chocolate. Refrigerate. Delish

I’ve been eating the original cakes for a long time now and recently tried these ones for the first time. All I can say is yum, will be ordering more.
I bought these to try as I've been looking for healthy snacks that feed my sweet tooth. They are amazing. The taste is a little like chocolate crackles. Really crunchy. You only need a little to hit the spot without the sugar guilt! :-)
This honey is really delicious. Dark coloured and smokey without being overpowering. The only thing that would make it better is if it was creamed. Highly recommended.
